Most people think that fitness is the training of the body, but if done correctly, having a fitness routine will also train your mind as well. The reason why is because it encourages discipline as well as focus. It gives us a sense of purpose and allows us to do something that is designed to benefit and build ourselves. It is a way of practicing self love as well as self discipline.
